Thank you for your support for the recent Socks and Chocs Appeal for the People’s Kitchen.  Together with the other churches of Heaton Churches Together we made up a total of 200 individual gift bags.  There were also gifts of clothes (jackets, trousers) plus extra sweets and toiletries so these have also been passed on to the Kitchen.

Our Christmas Offerings this year will be shared between St Oswald’s Hospice and the Marie Curie Hospice- as agreed at our Church Meeting in October.

The new Flower Rota for 2019 is now on the notice board at the back of church.  If you would like to provide flowers for church one Sunday- simply put your name against a date, and give your donation to Lesley Cadwallader, who will pass it on to one of the flower arrangers.
